Some feelings are easy to name. Others feel bigger. Heavier. More Confusing.

This workbook will help you and your child TOGETHER learn about these feelings, AND each other.

This is an interactive activity and Kids LOVE IT because YOU are sharing YOU, with them!

For each of the 22 feelings/emotions, you both will:

• Learn a short Bible memory verse about it
• Learn a short Bible truth that speaks God's promises about that feeling
• Learn a 'kid-simple' definition of the feeling
• Notice what the emotion feels like inside our bodies
• Read a "Kid Example" of how they may feel
• Learn whet the Bible says by using the, "Look up a Hero" Bible story
• Talk honestly as an adult with your child using short, guided questions
• Doodle, draw, and create as you both process

Drawing helps our hearts slow down.

Talking helps our feelings untangle. 

God's word helps us grow.

Our feelings are not mistakes.

We are not "too much."

Guided sharing of our feelings is an invitation to grow stronger, wiser, and closer to God, TOGETHER!
